Pre- Marketing Staging Advice Service – Occupied Property 

We were approached by the owners of this lovely family home as they needed to sell their property but wanted some advice as to how to achieve the best result & needed an action plan!

Following a Staging Consultation & detailed report, the vendors implemented the changes we recommneded. With some tweaks to furniture layout & by repurposing some of the spaces we were able to optimise both internal & external areas. In addition by refreshing some of the paintwork & outside areas the property was quickly transformed into a welcoming family home. We also provided advice on dressing & Staging techniques  to ensure the property was presented to it’s full potential before going to market.

Once complete, the vendors invited local Estate Agents round for valuations.

Once marketed the property gained lots interest which resulted in 22 viewings over 3 days. It was sold well in excess of the asking price and was a great result all round.
