Concerned about putting her property on the market, the owner of this home contacted us to discuss the possibility of have her property professionally dressed & Staged before appointing an agent or marketing. She had previously had her property valued at just under £350K & was keen to get the best possible price as this would have an impact on her next purchase.

We offered a Staging consultation which provided the vendor with presentation advice & recommendations & highlighted any areas that required tweaking to help maximise the property’s true potential.

With some adjustments to furniture & layout & the addition of artwork, accessories, lighting, plants & soft furnishings the property went to market advertised at offers over £400k.

As a result of the Staging the property received lots of interest & multiple offers, and it sold for over £440K……an impressive increase of £90K on its original value !
