Styled, Dressed & Photographed – Holiday Home Refresh

The owner of this holiday home was looking to refresh the property & update its online marketing material. The aim was to improve the existing decor to contribute to a more enjoyable stay for guests, potentially leading to a higher rental income & generating more bookings.

We achieved this on a modest budget, working with as much of the existing furniture & furnishings as possible, upgrading soft furnishings, artwork & accessories where necessary. We also altered the layout of some of the internal areas to maximise on the use of space & functionality.

The owner was delighted with the results & has since seen a positive impact on enquiries & future bookings. The holiday home now appeals to a more family orientated target audience who tend to book for longer stays too.
