With rooms set in the eaves, the sloping ceilings created layout challenges, which would potentially make it difficult for buyers to visualise how the space could be used effectively.
Working within a modest budget & tight timeframe, we collaborated closely with our client to provide guidance on paint colours, flooring, kitchen worktops, bathroom fittings & overall finishes throughout the flat. Once the decorating was completed, we furnished & styled the key rooms to showcase the use of space, preparing the property for a professional photo shoot, marketing & viewings.
