This coastal apartment was sat vacant with only a few basic furniture pieces in place. The owner wasn’t sure whether to sell or rent out the apartment but realised that it needed dressing for marketing purposes to achieve the best possible outcome & achieve maximum impact.
Working with the existing furniture we dressed the space with smaller inventory pieces, soft furnishings & accessories then collaborated with our professional photographer to capture the overall aesthetic.
Dressing the space really helped to show the property’s potential & the owner was delighted with the outcome & photographs which can be used to help market the property going forward
