After serving as rental accommodation, this sparsely furnished luxury 3 bedroom Penthouse apartment was in need of some TLC to reflect its true potential before marketing it for sale.

Working with the existing decor & furnishings, we put together a high end, luxury Staging package to reflect the target market & lifestyle of its potential buyer. Using a combination of quality furniture hire, soft furnishings, artwork & accessories we styled & dressed all rooms to help potential buyers to visualise how the space(s) could be used.

Once finished the property was then professionally photographed ready for a relaunch.

The property sold within a matter of days for more than its anticipated price & cost less than 1% of the property’s value to Stage.
