This newly built penthouse apartment, boasting panoramic sea views, hadn’t captured the anticipated strong buyer interest despite its premium location & spacious layout. To help prospective buyers fully appreciate the potential of the open-plan design, we were brought in to Stage the key living areas & create a modern, aspirational, lifestyle-led presentation.
We furnished & styled the main open-plan living, dining & kitchen space—carefully zoning each area to maximise flow & functionality while drawing attention to the breathtaking coastal outlook. The master bedroom, entrance hall & bathrooms were also Staged to ensure a cohesive & polished look throughout the apartment.
Our design approach focused on creating a calm, contemporary feel that complemented the natural surroundings & high-spec finishes. The end result was a beautifully presented, move-in-ready space that offered both impact & comfort—helping prospective buyers connect emotionally with the home from the moment they stepped inside.

We lived in California for several years where the staging of homes is not unusual, so when a business associate of ours recommended Emma at Coastal Home Styling to help show our rental property for its upcoming sale, we thought it would be a positive step forward. The property, a period cottage by the sea, was lovely on the outside but a blank slate on the inside.
