Luxury home Style Refresh

We were commissioned to refresh the interiors of this stunning high-end luxury home in Sandbanks.

Working with the client’s existing statement furniture pieces, we styled each space using soft furnishings & carefully curated lifestyle accessories that complemented the established colour schemes. We introduced artwork in select rooms to elevate the aesthetic, while retaining & enhancing the impact of existing pieces in the main living area. Outdoor spaces were also dressed to create a seamless flow between the interior & exterior.

Despite a tight timeframe & modest budget, the transformation was a success, & the property was featured on Channel 4’s “Britains Most Expensive Houses”.

We lived in California for several years where the staging of homes is not unusual, so when a business associate of ours recommended Emma at Coastal Home Styling to help show our rental property for its upcoming sale, we thought it would be a positive step forward. The property, a period cottage by the sea, was lovely on the outside but a blank slate on the inside. After a phone conversation and a meeting at our property, it turned out that we struck gold with Emma.

From the get-go she was decisive, creative and confident. She recommended a decorating refresh and a change of room plan that worked beautifully. Emma was resourceful, responsive and full of an inspiring, can-do attitude.

The day of the “reveal” was amazing. The cottage was transformed into a calming, warm and welcoming space. Natural palettes and elegant furnishings created a stylish interior and coastal ambience throughout. Emma’s attention to detail and designer flair revealed a consummate professional with impeccable taste. We didn't want to leave!

So far, viewings have been very positive with compliments on the turnkey state of the property. We are thrilled with the results and inspired by the marketing of our cottage. Emma has helped me with multiple projects over the years. Staging holiday lets as well as a refurbished property for sale. Even my wife was very happy with Emma's work which I believe says it all. We engaged the help of Emma from Coastal Home Styling to stage an apartment that we had renovated. It was listed for sale just as the property market started to slow down. She transformed the property from an empty shell, into a lovely welcoming space and all for a very reasonable price. The end result was stunning.
