Delighted with the results of a previous makeover, our client commissioned us to update a second holiday let.
Working with as many of the existing large furniture pieces & furnishings as possible, we reconfigured elements of the internal layout to maximise space & usability. To add both functionality & value, we introduced a compact desk /work area within a living room alcove – ideal for guests needing a flexible work space.
We decluttered the living areas & updated soft furnishings, lighting & artwork throughout. To finish, we styled & dressed the apartment in preparation for a professional photo shoot to support the client’s marketing & boost the property’s appeal.
The result is a more inviting & practical space, appealing to a family oriented audience, with guests tending to book longer stays. The owner is delighted & has seen a positive uplift in enquiries & future bookings.

We lived in California for several years where the staging of homes is not unusual, so when a business associate of ours recommended Emma at Coastal Home Styling to help show our rental property for its upcoming sale, we thought it would be a positive step forward.
