This luxury Sandbanks penthouse had been sitting on the market for an extended period without attracting serious buyers. The existing layout failed to capitalize on the property’s stunning sea views, & the interior lacked a cohesive design flow. We were brought in to refresh the style & Stage the space for marketing, with the goal of unlocking the property’s full potential & increasing its appeal to prospective buyers.
We began by reconfiguring the furniture layout to enhance the flow & draw attention to key focal points, particularly the expansive views. Select furniture pieces were replaced to create a more harmonious & upscale aesthetic. To further elevate the space, we introduced artwork, soft furnishings, greenery, & lifestyle accessories throughout—adding texture, warmth, & a sense of liveability.
The property was professionally dressed & styled in preparation for a high-quality photo shoot & upcoming viewings. The result was a thoughtfully curated interior that highlighted the penthouse’s best features & offered prospective buyers a clear vision of its potential.

We lived in California for several years where the staging of homes is not unusual, so when a business associate of ours recommended Emma at Coastal Home Styling to help show our rental property for its upcoming sale, we thought it would be a positive step forward.
