0 Staged Showhome - New build development
We were approached by the developers of an exclusive, private gated development of seven three- & four-bedroom detached Georgian-style homes on the edge of Blandford Forum. To support the marketing campaign & create a strong first impression with prospective buyers, we were commissioned to furnish & dress one of the four-bedroom properties as the official show home.
Our aim was to present the house as a warm, aspirational family home. We fully furnished & styled the key spaces with carefully selected furniture, soft furnishings, & accessories to create a cohesive, elegant look that would resonate with the target market.
Although the development was scheduled for an official launch a couple of months after staging, two properties had already sold in the interim—demonstrating the early impact of the presentation. Once launched, the development generated strong interest & a high level of enquiries, with the show home helping buyers clearly visualise the lifestyle & potential each property offered.
We've had a good level of interest & have agreed a couple of sales, with several people still considering & more viewings booked in

We lived in California for several years where the staging of homes is not unusual, so when a business associate of ours recommended Emma at Coastal Home Styling to help show our rental property for its upcoming sale, we thought it would be a positive step forward. The property, a period cottage by the sea, was lovely on the outside but a blank slate on the inside. After a phone conversation and a meeting at our property, it turned out that we struck gold with Emma.

So far, viewings have been very positive with compliments on the turnkey state of the property. We are thrilled with the results and inspired by the marketing of our cottage. Emma has helped me with multiple projects over the years. Staging holiday lets as well as a refurbished property for sale. Even my wife was very happy with Emma's work which I believe says it all. We engaged the help of Emma from Coastal Home Styling to stage an apartment that we had renovated. It was listed for sale just as the property market started to slow down. She transformed the property from an empty shell, into a lovely welcoming space and all for a very reasonable price. The end result was stunning.
