We were referred by a local agent to help boost the appeal of this three-bedroom coastal property, which was struggling to attract offers despite its prime location & sea views. The empty open-plan living space felt cold & uninviting, & the balcony—although offering stunning views—lacked appeal & impact during viewings.
Working to a modest budget & tight deadline, we furnished & dressed the main living area, master bedroom & balcony, & styled the entrance hall, kitchen & bathrooms. Our goal was to create a cohesive, welcoming environment that helped buyers connect with the lifestyle potential of the home.
The result was a warm, thoughtfully styled space that quickly captured buyer interest.
The property sold shortly after re-launch as a turnkey holiday home. The buyers were so impressed with the styling that they opted to purchase the large furniture pieces we had installed—saving them time & enabling immediate use of the property upon completion.

We lived in California for several years where the staging of homes is not unusual, so when a business associate of ours recommended Emma at Coastal Home Styling to help show our rental property for its upcoming sale, we thought it would be a positive step forward.
