Following a noticeable decline in bookings, the owner of this holiday apartment reached out to us for help in revitalising the space. Although the property benefitted from a great location & could sleep up to four guests, its dated decor & awkward layout were affecting its appeal.
Working within a modest budget & tight timeframe, we developed scale floor plans, 3D renders & mood boards to clearly communicate our design vision & proposed layout improvements. Once approved by the client, we sourced key furniture & decor items to elevate the space – including a media unit, coffee tables, shelving, bedside tables, new bedding, window dressings, soft furnishings & linen, artwork & a selection of lifestyle accessories.
We oversaw every stage of the refresh from sourcing & installation to styling, & coordinated a professional photo shoot to capture the finished space.

We lived in California for several years where the staging of homes is not unusual, so when a business associate of ours recommended Emma at Coastal Home Styling to help show our rental property for its upcoming sale, we thought it would be a positive step forward. The property, a period cottage by the sea, was lovely on the outside but a blank slate on the inside. Emma has helped me with multiple projects over the years. Staging holiday lets as well as a refurbished property for sale. Even my wife was very happy with Emma's work which I believe says it all.
