The owners of this late Victorian villa by the sea approached us to Stage their home for a relaunch to the market. The property had plenty of curb appeal but was a blank canvas inside & had been sitting unsold for some time.
We provided recommendations for a few minor decor updates & reimagined the room layout to maximise the use of space whilst improving flow & functionality.
Working with a neutral colour palette & carefully chosen furniture & furnishings, we created a calm, elegant interior that accentuated the property’s best features. The result was a stylish, serene space that enhanced the villa’s character & overall appeal.
The property was professionally photographed & relaunched to market with a freshed look & feel.
The day of the reveal was amazing! The cottage was transformed into a calming, warm & welcoming space. Emma's attention to detail & designer flair revealed a consummate professional with impeccable taste. We didn't want to leave!

We lived in California for several years where the staging of homes is not unusual, so when a business associate of ours recommended Emma at Coastal Home Styling to help show our rental property for its upcoming sale, we thought it would be a positive step forward.
