0 Holiday Let Turnkey Apartment
We were approached by a local holiday lettings agent to prepare a newly built two-bedroom apartment as a fully turnkey holiday rental for one of their clients. With full creative freedom to style the property, our brief also included incorporating additional sleeping arrangements within the living area to maximise guest capacity.
After presenting mood boards for the client’s approval, we fully furnished & dressed the apartment—right down to the last teaspoon. Every detail was carefully considered to ensure the space felt warm & welcoming, while remaining practical & easy to maintain for holiday use.
Working within a set budget & a tight timeframe, we delivered a beautifully finished, ready-to-rent apartment just in time for the summer season. The end result was a functional yet stylish space tailored perfectly for the local holiday market.

We lived in California for several years where the staging of homes is not unusual, so when a business associate of ours recommended Emma at Coastal Home Styling to help show our rental property for its upcoming sale, we thought it would be a positive step forward.
