0 Empty Apartment to Turn Key Property
We were contacted by the owner of this recently refurbished apartment overlooking the beach in Swanage, who was in need of having it fully furnished & dressed to transform it into a turn key property that could either be rented out or sold. With the property sitting empty, they engaged with our services to help bring the space to life.
We fully furnished & dressed the apartment, transforming it from a blank canvas into a warm, welcoming & stylish property – enhancing its features & creating a lifestyle-led aesthetic that would resinate with both potential renters or buyers.
Despite the modest budget, the final look was polished & captured interest right away, with viewers consistently commenting on the turnkey appeal of the property.
The end result was stunning - we had lots of interest & I will definitely be using Emma's services for our own home in the near future. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her - you won't regret it!
We lived in California for several years where the staging of homes is not unusual, so when a business associate of ours recommended Emma at Coastal Home Styling to help show our rental property for its upcoming sale, we thought it would be a positive step forward. The property, a period cottage by the sea, was lovely on the outside but a blank slate on the inside. So far, viewings have been very positive with compliments on the turnkey state of the property. We are thrilled with the results and inspired by the marketing of our cottage.
