We were brought in to Stage a high-end penthouse in a prestigious development, boasting exceptional views over a golf course & harbour in Canford Cliffs. The property had previously been rented out & was in need of a lift! The objective was to elevate the presentation of the property to match its premium location & maximise its appeal to discerning buyers.
We carefully styled & furnished the interior to highlight the penthouse’s spacious layout & stunning outlook, creating a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere. Paying close attention to detail, we used our design expertise to transform the space into a standout listing, resulting in an immediate & highly successful outcome—the very first viewing led to a full asking price offer.

We lived in California for several years where the staging of homes is not unusual, so when a business associate of ours recommended Emma at Coastal Home Styling to help show our rental property for its upcoming sale, we thought it would be a positive step forward.
