0 Coastal Apartment - styled for market flexibility
This coastal apartment had been sitting vacant, with only a few basic furniture pieces in place. The owner was undecided about whether to sell or rent out the property but recognised that professional styling was essential to maximise its appeal & market potential.
Working with the existing furnishings, we enhanced the space by introducing carefully selected accessories, soft furnishings, ambient lighting & smaller furniture items. These additions brought warmth, character & cohesion to the interiors—transforming the apartment into a more inviting & aspirational space.
We then collaborated with a professional photographer to capture the styled interiors, ensuring the visual presentation matched the elevated look & feel of the property.
The result was a thoughtfully dressed apartment that showcased its full potential. The owner was delighted with the transformation & the high-quality images, which could be used across multiple platforms to support both rental & sales marketing strategies.

We lived in California for several years where the staging of homes is not unusual, so when a business associate of ours recommended Emma at Coastal Home Styling to help show our rental property for its upcoming sale, we thought it would be a positive step forward.
