Following a downturn in bookings, we were contacted by the owner of this Airbnb property to give it a much needed refresh & boost its appeal.
Working with the existing larger furniture pieces & a modest budget, we introduced fresh linen, soft furnishings, lifestyle accessories & artwork into the rooms. We also added a few key furniture furniture items including bedside tables, accent lighting, a chest of drawers & clothes rails to enhance both functionality & style.
Finally, we dressed the property for a professional photo shoot, elevating its online listing & resulting in increased booking performance.

We lived in California for several years where the staging of homes is not unusual, so when a business associate of ours recommended Emma at Coastal Home Styling to help show our rental property for its upcoming sale, we thought it would be a positive step forward. The property, a period cottage by the sea, was lovely on the outside but a blank slate on the inside.
