0 New build family home - Staged to sell
Unfortunately interest had waned on this newly built family home, which had been sitting on the market for some time without generating strong buyer engagement. A local estate agent we had previously worked with recommended staging key areas of the property to help reignite interest & increase viewings.
We were brought in to furnish & style the main living area & master bedroom, with a particular focus on the large open-plan living space. Unfurnished, this area had proved challenging for potential buyers, who struggled to visualise how it could be effectively laid out & used.
In addition, we staged the entrance hall, kitchen, bathrooms, and patio—ensuring a cohesive look throughout the property & creating a strong first impression from the moment buyers stepped through the door. Each space was carefully styled to feel welcoming & practical, helping buyers connect emotionally with the home & imagine themselves living there.
The result was a warm, aspirational interior that brought new energy to the listing & helped showcase the property’s full potential.

We lived in California for several years where the staging of homes is not unusual, so when a business associate of ours recommended Emma at Coastal Home Styling to help show our rental property for its upcoming sale, we thought it would be a positive step forward.
