This compact apartment, with smaller-than-average room sizes, required a smart & efficient design approach to make the most of the space. Working within a modest budget & a tight timescale, we fully designed, furnished, & dressed the property in the week following completion—ready for immediate use by the new owner.
The apartment began as a blank canvas & needed a complete transformation. We provided everything necessary to make the space functional & welcoming, including furniture, soft furnishings, artwork, bedding, linens, & fully equipped kitchenware—ensuring the property was ready to accommodate future guests from day one.
This turnkey service proved to be a stress-free, cost-effective investment for the owner, who was able to begin using the beautifully finished, fully operational property just one week after completion.

We lived in California for several years where the staging of homes is not unusual, so when a business associate of ours recommended Emma at Coastal Home Styling to help show our rental property for its upcoming sale, we thought it would be a positive step forward. The property, a period cottage by the sea, was lovely on the outside but a blank slate on the inside.
