0 Staged to Sell - New build development
After sitting unsold for two years, a newly built development of three properties was relaunched by a local agent. Recognising the importance of making a strong first impression & driving a successful marketing campaign, we were commissioned to furnish & dress one the of the homes for sale.
We transformed the property from an empty shell into a warm & welcoming home, styled to help prospective buyers easily visualise themselves living there.
The relaunch, supported by an open house event, proved highly successful – generating fresh interest, attracting new buyers & resulting in a sale shortly after.
The buyers were so impressed with the styling that they requested their new home be furnished & dressed to reflect the same look as the Staged property – further highlighting the impact of thoughtful presentation on buyer decisions.

We lived in California for several years where the staging of homes is not unusual, so when a business associate of ours recommended Emma at Coastal Home Styling to help show our rental property for its upcoming sale, we thought it would be a positive step forward. The property, a period cottage by the sea, was lovely on the outside but a blank slate on the inside. After a phone conversation and a meeting at our property, it turned out that we struck gold with Emma.

So far, viewings have been very positive with compliments on the turnkey state of the property. We are thrilled with the results and inspired by the marketing of our cottage.
